December 6, 2010 (FPRC) -- Olivier de Geffrier, an entrepreneur and expert on Parisian hotels, is pleased to announce new investment opportunities in Paris as part of the launch of his plan to form a new group of 10 hotels, or around 500 beds, to meet the demand for hotels in one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe.
Known not only as a major tourist destination, Paris is also an important business and financial center and as such the demands for hotel beds remains high. In 2010 – 2011 Paris will see the opening of 5 new luxury hotel including the Mandarin Oriental and Royal Monceau Rafles. At the same time many smaller sized hotels have been renovated. All major hotel surveys indicate that there is still a lack of rooms/beds in Paris.
Due to urban development restrictions, the building of new hotels is near impossible in Paris, however there are great opportunities for investors to buy existing hotels. Olivier sees the potential to create a group of 10 or so hotels in Paris with a total of around 500 beds and is opening up this investment opportunity for those financiers, investors and developers who wish to invest for the medium or long term.
As part of this lucrative investment plan, Olivier de Geffrier will handle all aspects of the project including the purchase of the hotels. Once the purchase has been made, Olivier will also manage the hotels on behalf of the investors and use his many years of hospitality experience to ensure that the hotels are not only highly appreciated by their customers, but also that the investors get a good return on their money.
