January 23, 2011 (FPRC) -- Krishi Expo 2011 will feature a combination of manufacturers of new technology along with key experts from the industry who will be speaking at the event. The meeting aims to share knowledge among farmers of how to achieve maximum yields from the land and livestock while demonstrating new innovations that can help achieve the results.
A conference will also run in conjunction with the exhibition where members will be discussing government incentive schemes and research will be presented on harvest management and organic farming. Attendees can also hear about how to improve the nutrient content of crops, factors related to water and pest management, as well as ways of preparing and testing soil.
A special awards ceremony will take place to recognise those farmers that have adapted to modern practices and shown the best improvement to managing sustainable farms. All of the events will run over 18th to 20th February 2011 at the Bhavani Niketan Ground which is expected to see attendance from more than 63,000 visitors many of whom will be searching for hotels in Jaipur near the grounds.
