March 1, 2011 (FPRC) -- Located in Great Barr, the Nether Hall Park new homes are set in beautiful parkland grounds and is already proving very popular with prospective buyers. These exclusive and new developments in Birmingham include a range of three, four and five bedroom houses with a price range from £184,995 to £374,995.

As well as new housing, an extensive restoration project is being undertaken for key landmarks in the grounds including the restoration of the Old Keepers Cottage, a gate house that was previously in a bad state of repair. The original house structure has been demolished, however a new Keepers Cottage will be rebuilt on the same site, similar in style and design and reusing as much as the original building material as possible.

Other restoration in the park grounds includes the renovation of a gothic bridge and walled garden and an ecological reintroduction of an old brook that will be integrated once again with former water meadows. Further ecological work to preserve natural habitats for wildlife and additional tree-planting is underway, and local residents on the new development have been taken on tours to see the work for themselves.

Some of these new houses on selected plots will be eligible for buyer assistance initiatives and schemes offered by Bovis, including shared equity schemes, home exchange schemes and home marketing schemes.
