April 5, 2011 (FPRC) -- An innovative new removals package and additional incentives have been launched for the purchasers of new homes in Scotland. Offered by Bett Homes, the incentives are designed to lower the cost of moving and to help purchasers with their buying costs and fees.
The scheme includes the reimbursement of the full costs of removals including packing, transport and unpacking. It also includes marketing costs to help with the sale of buyers’ existing homes and estate agents fees. Bett Homes will also pay the Stamp Duty on a property up to the value of £250,000, which will be a saving of up to £2,500.
Bett Homes have teamed up with removal company House to Home UK to offer this removal scheme that will help buyers by lowering the cost of their removals. The scheme is available on new homes for sale in Scotland at Bett Homes’ new waterside developments in Burntisland, Fife.
As well as these incentives being offered, buyers can also download a ‘Web Windfall' voucher from the Bett Homes' website. When they produce the voucher at the time of reservation they will receive a cheque for £500 from Bett Homes, after the legal completion of the purchase, which is then their money to spend.
Bett Homes' sales & marketing director, Kareen Davidson says: 'When you add up all the associated costs in moving home, the total can be substantial. The Bett Homes' VIP Removal Package along with the Stamp Duty paid, could save the buyer thousands of pounds at a time when they most need it and makes the move to a new Bett home very easy indeed.'
The Betts Homes Waterside developments are newly built contemporary four bedroom detached homes, with prices starting from £199,000. Burntisland is located near to Dunfermline and Kirkaldy, and is close to the coast and countryside.
