Over 500 New Homes to Be Created in Kent

A number of brand new homes in Kent are planned for construction near Bromley Common in Bromley on a new development called Trinity Village.

April 19, 2011 (FPRC) -- The Trinity Village site, which will feature 536 new homes, was officially opened last week by the Mayor of Bromley, Cllr George Taylor who attended with other Bromley councillors. During the weekend, Trinity Village welcomed over 700 visitors to view the three new show homes that opened for the launch, and showed off the wide range of homes that would be available for buyers.

Ward Homes in conjunction with Asprey Homes have commenced build of Regent Square in Trinity Village, which is the first phase of development consisting of 29 three and four bedroom homes.

A range of further properties with five house designs over five plots is also planned for the site which includes a selection of new flats in Kent and a range of brand new houses for sale in Kent. Two bedroom coach houses will be built as well as three-storey, three bedroom homes and other designs of three and four bedroom homes.

The new developments in Kent also include a range of social housing on the site which is being provided especially for elderly Bromley residents. Residents of the new social housing along with the other new homes also will also be able to enjoy number of new facilities being built as part of the overall development that the whole community in Bromley can share and participate in. Ward and Asprey Homes will also be upgrading five existing bus stops around the development, improving a road junction near to the development and funding and implementing a travel plan to provide information on the available local transport services.

'This is a development of 536 homes, which will be released in several different phases over the years. Our team has worked really hard to get the development looking great so far and once complete, Trinity Village will provide a new neighbourhood of quality housing that will fit in well with the bustling town of Bromley.'

Trinity Village is located conveniently close to Bromley South station, which has services to the City and London Victoria and the M25 motorway. Close to amenities and facilities in Bromley town centre, there is also accessible a choice of shops, cafés and restaurants in nearby Beckenham, Croydon and Lewisham. There is also a 35 square mile area of protected parkland within walking distance of the new homes.

Prices start from £199,995.
