Range of Brand New Homes in Kent Now Available

There are many brand new homes in Kent now available in Chatham which is located on the Medway. Major house builders are offering incentives to help buyers purchase their homes in the area.

The Chatham Maritime region in Kent has seen a major regeneration programme in the area with a number of new developments built along the River Medway and in the vicinity of other Medway Towns including Rochester and Gillingham. Major house builders are hoping to attract new buyers to the Chatham area by offering a range of initiatives designed to help purchasers buy and move more easily.

A new development called The Quays has been developed and is now available in the heart of Chatham, offering over three hundred new property set in a waterside location. The development also includes retail, leisure and entertainment facilities with high quality interior design, timber decked balconies and secure parking. The new flats in Kent range from a studio apartment to a two bedroom apartments with river views.

A distance from the River Medway, more new houses in Kent have been launched including a development called Capstone heights with views across the Medway ranging from one bedroom properties to three bedroom homes planned across three floors.

A further development at Liberty Park in the Medway has also been launched near Chatham in Kent which a range of family homes including two bedroom coach houses.

For those buyers seeking luxury four bedroom family homes, Byron House has been launched with a part exchange scheme being offered to buyers who are interested. Bellway Homes are offering a range of new homes in Kent in the Medway area to suit first-time buyers with their brand new Highlands development located in the village of Hoo Saint Werburg. Stamp duty is paid on properties in this location.
