June 15, 2011 (FPRC) -- Fourteen new three bedroom homes have been released with only four remaining for purchasers to buy. A further phase is due for release this summer and the development will consist of a total of 236 properties.

The new homes in Kent include one and two bedroom flats and two and three bedroom houses which cater for first time buyers, professional couples and families. Every new home also includes fully integrated kitchens complete with appliances and en-suite shower rooms to some of the properties. Every house has a garden and most of the new flats have terraces.

In addition all of the new homes have been built using eco-friendly construction materials and have carbon efficient heating systems to help the environment.

Bob Weston, Chairman and Chief Executive of Weston Homes says, 'There has been a high demand for family housing in Kent and this led to the early release of three-bedroom homes at Swale Park. Sales have gone so well that we have already sold ten and there are now only four remaining for sale.'

Whitstable is a coastal town on the Kent shoreline with close access to the A2 and M2 main road routes and rail services into London. It is also located close to the historic city of Canterbury and other popular coastal locations such as Ramsgate, Herne Bay and Margate.

Prices are from £135,000 for a one-bedroom flat and from £214,000 for a three-bedroom house.
