June 21, 2011 (FPRC) -- The initiative is being offered by Redrow Homes who are paying the deposit for buyers of their `Broadway’ style three bedroom family homes in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. The properties are part of the Priory Gardens new development in Cambridgeshire which offer family housing at affordable prices.

A range of two, three and four bedroom houses incorporating the New Heritage traditional architecture and designs have been launched. All of the three and four bedroom houses have en-suite shower rooms with a family bathroom, a laundry room and fully fitted kitchens with high quality integral appliances.

With buyers struggling to raise the required deposit amounts needed to put down on properties, it is hoped that this initiative will help more families purchase homes in an already challenging and difficult property market.

St. Neots is a historic market town in Cambridgeshire and is a popular place with residents in the area looking to find a property with a rural setting. It was recently voted one of the best locations for a good quality of life in the UK. The town came fourth out of 140 locations that were surveyed across the UK. The town is also close to good facilities including schools and shops, and has good rail and road links to major routes around the UK. It is also close to Luton and Stansted airports and London is 45 minutes away.

Prices for the `Broadway’ homes start from £188,950.
