August 3, 2011 (FPRC) -- The PADI Instructor Development Course will be taught by Camille Lemmens, an expert diver who has achieved the highest level as an instructor by diving body PADI. Lemmens is a platinum course director which is only achieved by the top percent of PADI instructors and he’ll be looking to transfer his skills to attendees to ensure that they go on to become recognised instructors themselves.
The structure of the course teaches all that is needed by PADI to introduce others how to dive in a safe and controlled manner.
Students will be able to acts as educators and teach the PADI system to new divers after completing the course but a pass in the PADI Instructor’s Exam must be achieved before students are actually qualified.
The curriculum is made up of two parts, the assistant instructor course and open water scuba instructor which feature assessments throughout. Both sections will be held over 4th to 14th September 2011 and the cost is 40,000 Baht for the combined classes which will be held at the Haad Yao Divers school.
