August 4, 2011 (FPRC) -- The teams will include England, Romania, Georgia and Ireland who will be setting up camp between 1st and 15th September 2011. Fans of the teams can see Ireland first who’ll be there from 1st to 7th, then Georgia from 5th to 10th, followed by Romania from 11th to 14th and finally England who will be there for five days between 11th and 15th September.
The official games of the tournament start on 10th September and will then run over the following weekends up until 22nd October 2011.
Twenty teams in total will be battling it out for the sport’s most prestigious trophy and home side New Zealand are sure to be among the favourites to go all the way. This is the first time that Russia has made it into a World Cup and eyes will be on them to see if they can cause an upset.
Also in Queenstown on 18th September previous members of the French and All Blacks squads will be playing in an attempt to recreate a classical rematch from the 1999 tournament when France beat New Zealand.
Lek Boonlert, marketing head at DirectRooms.com commented: 'As well as the squads many fans are expected to use Queenstown to go and watch some of the games. This will cause problems getting into some cheap Queenstown hotels so people should book early online.'
