Guangdong hosts International Auto Fair from 29 September to 4 October 2011

August 10, 2011 (FPRC) -- The Fair is organised by the China Automotive Industry International Corporation, as well as the Dongguan Auto Expo Centre. The Fair will display cars of the future along with existing models and not only cars, but emerging technologies will also be on display at the Auto Fair.
The organisers are clear that they wish all types of vehicles to be exhibited, including sports cars, utility vehicles and commercial transport. Photographs from previous year’s show reveal that visitors from all over the world enthusiastically attend the Auto Fair.
It is relatively easy to find a hotel in Dongguan as the city is both modern and cosmopolitan, though it is important that international visitors wishing to attend the Auto Fair apply for a Chinese visa. The nearest point of access for the international visitor is Hong Kong; however a Hong Kong visa will not gain delegates’ access to Mainland China. From Hong Kong, visitors wishing to attend the Fair can either take a ferry, bus or a train. The official language for Dongguan is Mandarin, though many locals speak either Cantonese or English.
