Southridge Partners II Enters Into An Equity Purchase Agreement With EGPI Firecreek, Inc.

August 22, 2011 (FPRC) -- RIDGEFIELD CT - Stephen Hicks, Managing Member of Southridge LLC ("Southridge"), announced today that Southridge Partners II LP, an institutional investor, has entered into a $45 million equity purchase agreement with EGPI Firecreek, Inc. (OTCBB:EFIR). This is one of many purchase agreements Southridge LLC has publicized.
EGPI Firecreek, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, is an owner and operator of oil and gas interests in the State of Texas. The Company, which is revenue producing, and its partners are looking to expand production at its existing wells and to find and develop new properties throughout the Southwest. The Management team is greatly experienced in the oil and gas sector, and they will bring their decades of experience to bear in identifying, developing and commercializing new properties and managing existing ones.
