Daimer® Carpet Cleaning Machines Increase Reach with Longer Hoses
The four heated machines in the company’s XPH-5800T XTreme Power® series will ship later this month with new 25 percent longer hoses.

WOBURN, MA U.S.A. – October 11, 2011 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, established globally for professional/consumer carpet cleaning machines, plans to extend the length of the hoses on its heated four-model XPH-5800T series of machines. The 25 percent longer hoses will measure 25 feet and ship with machines later this month.
"The new hoses will save time and effort by allowing machine operators to clean at greater distances from the base unit," explained Daimer.com’s advanced carpet cleaning machines and technology representative Matthew Baratta. "The XTreme Power® XPH-5800T series are among our most popular super-compact heated carpet extractors."
Long Hose Carpet Cleaning Machines
The 5800T series consists of the following four machines:
- 5800T: a 60 Hz machine with a floor wand
- 5800TU: a 60 Hz machine with an upholstery and auto detailing wand.
- 5850T: a 50 Hz machine with a floor wand.
- 5850TU: a 50 Hz machine with an upholstery and auto detailing wand.
All four carpet cleaning machines feature 170 psi (11.7 bar), heating to 150ºF (66.5ºC), 4.5 gallon solution storage tanks and 4 gallon recovery storage tanks, and a proprietary, low-moisture, quick-surface drying technology.
Currently, the 5800T carpet cleaning machines ship with 20 foot hoses (6 meters). The new hoses will be 25 feet long (7.6 meters), or about 25 percent longer. The new hoses will provide a 2,000 foot cleaning radius, which means that operators can clean further away from the base unit before moving it. Increased cleaning radius saves time and cleaning effort.
Daimer® has plans to release the machines and hoses later this month.
