Graduate candidates will have the chance to display their candidate profile throughout the new NI Jobs Board. This will allow a select number of candidates to display their experience by providing a stage for their CV’s. Graduates are facing growing difficulty in setting themselves apart from other graduate jobseekers in NI. Specifically First NI Jobs will be launched to help drive down the cost of recruitment in Northern Ireland.
Graduate recruiters and normal recruiters and employers in Northern Ireland will enjoy free job postings for a limited period while employers shall also enjoy the same benefit. This is to help the recruitment industry in these increasingly difficult times. Graduate employers in Belfast and the rest of Northern Ireland are spending thousands each year in recruitment costs and this shall help alleviate some of this recruiting financial pressure with a direct cost saving to employers. As the recession continues companies are facing increasing pressures to tighten their marketing and recruiting costs. First NI Jobs will help companies do this.
Candidates will be able to search through jobs, receive jobs by email as they are posted and upload their CV so that it is visible by employers. Candidates will also be able to download the FirstNIJobsIphone app on which they can search and apply for jobs. There shall also be careers advice section from leading industry careers experts. Recruiters and direct employers will be given the opportunity with their annual account to post any new blog posts for careers tips and advice for new or recent graduates.
FirstNIJobs.com is launching within the next several months with a concentration on Northern Ireland and more specifically Belfast where the vast majority of vacancies are situated.
