Mail Security protects your Exchange server from the following:
Threats (such as viruses/malware, Trojans, and DoS attacks)
Security risks (such as adware, spyware and greyware)
Unwanted email messages (spam)
Unwanted content (Content Filtering)
Unwanted file attachments (Attachment Filtering)

Quarantine
