Online Sales Site Created by Los Angeles Hood Cleaning Company
The Placentia and Los Angeles hood cleaning company American Professional Services, commonly referred to as APS-Hoods, has launched a website that offers online shopping so businesses can purchase commercial hoods.

November 2, 2011 (FPRC) -- PLACENTIA AND SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA - American Professional Services (APS-Hoods), a Placentia and Los Angeles hood cleaning company, has launched a new site that enables customers to make kitchen range exhaust hood purchases online. The site went live in September, and it allows the hood cleaning and hood installation company to handle their own purchasing, said Massoud Farazandeh, CEO of APS-Hoods.
"This site isn't meant to replace the personal customer service experience," Farazandeh said. "Many of our clients would rather call and place orders, but some already know what they want and are happy to go online and buy it. We’re meeting that demand."
Before the site launched, customers used the company’s online price quoting system, but they were unable to see photos of the hoods and other products. The new website is of assistance to everyone- contractors, builders and restaurant owners. If the customer knows what he/she wants, they can go to the site and place an order.
Whole hood systems or individual parts can be purchased through the site. This includes components such as ventilation products, exhaust hoods, fans, makeup air units and ductwork. The addition of the online sales component makes it possible for the company to provide a purchase process that customers want.
"Customers can continue to use the traditional method of calling in, talking with an expert and obtaining a free price quote if they would like," Farazandeh said. "This sales site isn't going to replace our old system; it will add convenience for those who have done this before, know what they are doing and want to place their own order."
