December 7, 2011 (FPRC) -- GAINESVILLE, VA -- Mold Aid, a company that handles mold remediation and mold testing in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC, announces it is starting a special program for families who have mold problems in their homes, but can't afford the cost of mold remediation.

The program is available to Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC residents who have mold that is affecting their family's health. Mold can cause breathing problems such as stuffy noses, coughing, allergies and even asthma.

"Mold can cause very serious health concerns, but we know that not every family can afford the $6,000-$12,000 that mold remediation costs. Families who try to remove the mold themselves can cause even more problems as the spores become airborne. Mold Aid is proud to offer a free remediation program to families in need and we're so happy to have the resources available to offer these services to those who are experiencing serious health problems from indoor air quality issues. If you have questions or want to learn about or apply to this program, please email us at moldaidusa@gmail.com," said John Taylor, owner of Mold Aid National, Inc.

The free mold remediation program isn't the only charity program provided by Taylor. Another of Taylor's companies, Madison Taylor Real Estate Inc., pledges to donate one third of its commission on each real estate transactions service. For instance, on a $500,000 home, Madison Taylor Real Estate will donate $5000 to either the Children's Hospital Foundation or to a charity of the client's choice. For more information on this program, clients can visit http://www.madisontaylorrealestate.com/index_files/Page298.htm.

"Our family was faced with a very scary health situation regarding our young daughter, and the Children's Hospital performed a miracle for our family. We're so grateful to the doctors, nurses and everyone else at Children's Hospital for helping us and we want to give back in any way possible. In addition to supporting the people who've made such a difference in our lives, giving back in this way makes our employees feel great about the company they work for. We're proud of being a part of our community and we feel blessed that we have the resources to help others," said Taylor.

In addition to mold testing, mold remediation and home buying and selling services, Taylor's companies also provides home inspection in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC.
