The new office will be located in downtown Fort Myers, FL at 2040 Virginia Avenue. The location offers customers easy access and parking. The second location means that clients will be able to choose which Title Junction location is more convenient for them, whether the company is handling a routine property closing or helping with foreign real estate investor services.
"Our satellite location means that customers will be able to choose one of two convenient locations. Since we'll be right in downtown Fort Myers, our clients who work downtown can even walk over and handle closings or other property matters on their lunch break. However, if you have to drive to visit our new office, we've made sure that clients will have parking spaces, which is sometimes hard to find in downtown Fort Myers. We're sure that customers will appreciate this," said Jennifer Ferri, owner and operator of Title Junction.
Although Title Junction is best known for its real estate title services in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and the surrounding areas, the company can also help foreign buyers and sellers understand how the Foreign Investor Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA) affects their tax records when they buy or sell property in the United States. Because Title Junction can also act as an escrow agent, it can handle the funds set aside for FIRPTA tax purposes. The company is also able to pay the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the client.
