Coreland Companies of Tustin, CA announced that its Leasing / Sales Division negotiated leases for Furnitureland in Riverside and Meejana Restaurant in Orange. Furnitureland signed a lease renewal for 5 years for 5,353 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $551,787 at Van Buren Plaza. Meejana Restaurant signed a 5-year lease for 3,720 square feet to open an Indian restaurant for a total consideration of $504,767 at North Tustin Plaza.
April 27, 2006 (FPRC) -- TUSTIN, CA – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its Leasing / Sales Division leases for Furnitureland in the City of Riverside and Meejana Restaurant in the City of Orange.
Murillo and Alvarado dba Furnitureland of Riverside signed a lease renewal for five years for 5,353 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $551,787 at Van Buren Plaza in Riverside.
Furnitureland, which represented itself, is open at 5628 Van Buren Boulevard. Coreland Companies is the exclusive landlord representative for Van Buren Plaza and represented the landlord, Kensington Van Buren LP of Tustin, in the lease renewal. This is Furnitureland’s only location. Matt Hammond represented Coreland. Van Buren Plaza is a 95,000-square-foot newly renovated shopping center located at 5600-5750 Van Buren Boulevard and includes tenants Fantastic Sams, NAPA Auto, PaylessShoe Source, and Dollar Tree. There are only three remaining spaces available: 1,800, 3,019 and 3,125 square feet.
Mzaar International dba Meejana Restaurant of Orange signed a five-year lease for 3,720 square feet to open an Indian restaurant for a total consideration of $504,767 at North Tustin Plaza in Orange.
Meejana Restaurant, which represented itself in the lease transaction, is expected to open in late April 2006 at 1840A & 1842C N. Tustin Street. This is a new business. Coreland Companies is the exclusive landlord representative for North Tustin Plaza and represented the landlord, North Tustin Plaza, LLC of Orange in the lease transaction. Fred Godinez and Matt Hammond represented Coreland. The 38,000-square-foot North Tustin Plaza includes tenants Ortho Mattress, Curves for Women and King’s Copies, and only has two remaining spaces available: 900 and 1,500 square feet.
