As an incentive to building owners, Darcorp is offering a one-time cash infusion for the first 250,000 square feet of new management.

Darcorp’s initiative is to build goodwill within the office community by offering the initial southland clients a one time cash infusion equal to the expected management fee generated in the first year. Building owners in the Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside or San Bernardino counties will benefit from this grand opening promotion. For example, if a building owner generates $500,000 per year in rents, and the negotiated management fee is 5% of gross collected income ($25,000), Darcorp will pay the owner $25,000 upon signing a new management contract.
The only requirement is that the owner commit to a three-year management contract. This does not mean that the contract cannot be terminated, it simply means that the contract can only be terminated if there is a breach or act of negligence.
