Alliance Partners Launches a Presentation in Three Prong Approach to CRE Services

November 14, 2007 (FPRC) -- Alliance Partners offers major industrial, office, and retail corporate property users a unique service to provide “a never before seen” view of property options. For major property requirements, Alliance will represent Clients in the market to show and solicit proposals for occupancy from all existing and BTS property owners. At the same time, Alliance will, at no cost to our Clients, complete a feasibility study in the selected market to determine the cost/benefit of having Alliance Partners develop the needed property. This service is called “agent development" and is different from traditional development in that Alliance Partners will represent the Client and bring development services to the table for the benefit of the Client. Alliance Partners will act as agent developer for the Client, fully develop the property, and complete a sale/leaseback to a selected owner. The Client will continue to lease but also participate in the profits from controlling the development and selling the property under a lease to an investor.

Our goal is to improve property options for our Clients. Through Alliance Corporate Facility Services, Clients will have more property choices, better market information, and a more competitive and informed site selection process to secure the best property option.

Traditional Landlord / Tenant relationships are not the only choice for securing needed leased facilities. Alliance Partners can develop properties for your firm as an “Agent” developer, representing your financial and operating interests throughout the process. Compensation is through shared profits with our Clients when the property and lease are sold to a selected owner.
