AEX Business Financing Reports Describe Best and Worst 2007 Commercial Loan Developments

AEX Commercial Financing Group has published a Special Business Finance Report which summarizes the most significant commercial loan trends emerging from 2007 and likely to impact business financing strategies during 2008.

AEX Commercial Financing Group (AEX) has published the first of several special business financing reports to educate and inform commercial borrowers about several significant positive and negative trends emerging during 2007. A positive trend has involved interest rate reductions, but that development has produced confusion for some commercial borrowers who have not seen evidence of a rate decrease.
