AEX Business Financing Reports Describe Best and Worst 2007 Commercial Loan Developments
AEX Commercial Financing Group has published a Special Business Finance Report which summarizes the most significant commercial loan trends emerging from 2007 and likely to impact business financing strategies during 2008.
January 21, 2008 (FPRC) --
AEX Commercial Financing Group (AEX) has published the first of several special business financing reports to educate and inform commercial borrowers about several significant positive and negative trends emerging during 2007. While it is likely that business owners are aware of one or two of these developments, some of the most critical developments have received very little publicity and could surprise even well-informed borrowers.
A positive trend has involved interest rate reductions, but that development has produced confusion for some commercial borrowers who have not seen evidence of a rate decrease. One of the most troubling developments seen during the past year and discussed in the first special AEX Report about 2007 trends has been the increasing number of inexperienced business loan lenders and advisors. This occurrence has been most obvious in services involving commercial mortgage, business cash advance, credit card processing and working capital programs.
According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX Commercial Financing Group, "There continue to be a number of business loan problems that are avoidable but which usually require advanced and specialized expertise. AEX is continuing to play a prominent role in representing the interests of business owners by providing practical and candid advice about business finance strategies."
Please contact Steve Bush, Founder and CEO of AEX, to discuss these important commercial financing issues. AEX is based in Ohio and provides specialized commercial real estate financing and commercial loan help throughout the United States.
