Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif. has negotiated a 10-year, 5,000-square-foot lease valued at approximately $2.8 million for Washington Mutual to occupy a new free-standing building to be constructed on a pad at the Santa Fe Springs Plaza in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., which is expected to open in the fourth quarter 2008.
February 19, 2008 (FPRC) -- TUSTIN, CALIF. – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced it has negotiated a 10-year, 5,000-square-foot lease valued at approximately $2.8 million for Washington Mutual to occupy a new free-standing building to be constructed on a pad at the Santa Fe Springs Plaza in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., which is anchored by Food 4 Less.
Washington Mutual, Inc. (NYSE:WM), one of the nation's leading banks for consumers and small businesses, is expected to open in the fourth quarter 2008.

Washington Mutual, which was represented by Heather Myers of CB Richard Ellis of Anaheim, Calif., will join tenants Food 4 Less and DD’s Discount.
