March 26, 2008 (FPRC) -- Laguna Beach, CA -- EurAupair, an International au pair organization connecting parents and families with loving in-home childcare, announced earlier this year that it donates to Ronald McDonald House Charities Nation Wide on behalf of every host family.

The Ronald McDonald House Charities are an affordable resource for families with children facing serious pediatric illness or disease, thus providing an affordable 'home away from home' so that families can stay near to their child as he or she undergoes necessary surgery or treatment.

Since the inception of Ronald McDonald House Charities, tens of thousands of families’ nation wide have been able to afford to stay close to their children during their hospital stay. The additional guest bedrooms and recent renovations and expansions funded with donations from EurAupair and other businesses will allow the Ronald McDonald House Charities to help even more families in 2008 and beyond.

“The mission of EurAupair is to promote mutual understanding between the residents of the United States and other countries through cultural exchange, and to strengthen family bonds, which is why we were so compelled to become a sponsor of the Ronald McDonald house. Our host families take a great deal of pride in knowing that when they host an Au Pair with EurAupair, they will not only find a wonderful Au Pair for their family and learn about her or his country and culture, but that they are also helping to bring families together who are less fortunate,” says Helena Hagen, Program Director of EurAupair.
