AEX Commercial Loans Report Describes Worst Case Working Capital Problems to Avoid

A Special Commercial Loans Report has been issued by AEX Commercial Financing Group to address working capital financing scenarios which often result in a worst case result for commercial funding.

July 1, 2008 (FPRC) --
AEX Commercial Financing Group has issued a Special Report focusing on avoiding worst case scenarios for commercial loans. The AEX Special Report discusses several key situations which often produce a worst case result. With the AEX Report, business owners should be better prepared for these real possibilities involving a worst case scenario for business financing. If not properly avoided, the combination of the five factors noted by AEX can have long-lasting negative financial results for commercial mortgage loans and commercial funding.

According to Stephen Bush, Founder and Chief Executive Officer for AEX Commercial Financing Group, "Commercial borrowers should learn about the most common worst case situations prior to obtaining any new small business financing. The worst case scenario for borrowers seeking commercial real estate financing and commercial loans can be avoided. The focus of our Special Report is on five avoidable situations involving business loans."

AEX has also prepared separate reports that discuss each underlying factor in detail. Here are two of the issues identified by AEX: (1) Using a lender which historically has an unacceptable track record for successfully completing commercial loans; and (2) Inappropriate and non-competitive loan terms.

AEX has consistently advised their commercial borrower clients over the years that it is prudent and practical to have a thorough understanding of what can go wrong with working capital loans and commercial mortgages. More detailed information is available at AEX websites regarding their business financing services. AEX is based in Ohio and provides specialized help for commercial loans and commercial real estate loans throughout the United States.
