Hotel Monte Conquero will hold the 'Taurine gastronomy week' during the holidays 'Fiestas Colombinas', where you can taste a menu cooked with fighting bulls meat.

July 15, 2008 (FPRC) -- Join our 'Taurine gastronomy week' during July 28th to August the 3rd.

Enjoy our menu cooked with fighting bull meat. You´ll have the chance to taste nine different dishes, all of them named after very popular Feast as: 'Tercio de Varas': Meatballs cooked with bull tail with nuts and mashed with cardamom. 'Banderillas Españolas': Bull brochette with peppers on crispy leeks. 'Medias Veronicas al quite de Ibérico': Pepper stuffed with ragout bull, and Ibero chips.

According to Mr. Angel Martin, Hotel Manager, it´s about adding something more and different to these holidays.
