Triple Diamond Energy Corp. Strikes Oil

Triple Diamond Energy Corp., a Texas-based independent oil and gas drilling company, recently struck natural gas and oil at the McClure Diamond Well #3.

July 16, 2008 (FPRC) -- ADDISON, TX - Triple Diamond Energy Corporation (TDEC), an oil and gas drilling company based in Texas, recently struck oil and natural gas at the McClure Diamond Well #3 located in Garvin County, Oklahoma. When the well was opened, it produced at a flow rate of as much as 300-500 MCF with a half-inch choke. As fluid in the well began to build, a crew was brought in to swab the well to unload the fluid. The fluid was 100% oil and was being swabbed at a rate of 98 barrels of oil a day.

The McClure Diamond Well #3 is the third in a four well step-out drilling program at the southeastern extension of the Hoover field. Now that they have struck oil, Triple Diamond Energy Corp. will begin the process of completing and equipping the well so that the oil can be extracted and transported. It will then be processed into various types of consumer fuel.
