Tools for Hire & Sales in the UK

Hire Station has entered into a three year sole supply agreement with Rand's subsidiaries UCS Civils and Linpave Building to hire a range of tools.

July 29, 2008 (FPRC) -- Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today announces that it’s Hire Station division has acquired the tools and telehandler fleet of UCS Plant Limited, part of Rand Group Limited ('Rand'), for a consideration of £0.9m.

In addition, Hire Station has entered into a three year sole supply agreement with Rand's subsidiaries UCS Civils and Linpave Building to hire a range of tools and other specialist equipment.

The acquired business will be located at Rand Group's premises near Lincoln.
