 Print View

September 28, 2017 (FPRC) -- Giant leeches, a flesh-eating plant, vampire bats, zombies and a host of chills and thrills. The Film Detective has hand-selected frightful film classics from its extensive archive to share with horror movie buffs all month long. Each day in October, a new title will be added, leading up to 31 films available for binge-watching on Halloween.

“31 Days of Horror” will be available in a dedicated playlist on The Film Detective App – which has been downloaded nearly 50,000 times to date – available on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV and iOS devices.

With select titles fully restored from original film elements for an HD-enhanced viewing experience, enjoy such classics as Night of the Living Dead, Dementia 13, The Bat, Little Shop of Horrors, Voodoo Black Exorcist and The Terror—Like you’ve never seen them before!

Also highlighted will be Roger Corman with such classics as A Bucket of Blood and Attack of the Giant Leeches for fans who can’t get enough of the B-movie and horror king’s low-budget, cult films; and the long-lost TV pilot “Final Curtain,” written and directed by Ed Wood, now restored in HD from a rare, surviving film print.
