The new website is part of Competitive Health’s strategy to increase member engagement and showcase program enhancements in the coming months. Improvements include enhanced website navigation and educational product videos about specific savings programs, such as dental and telemedicine. A 24/7 live customer chat service is also available. Members can also text WellCard Savings card information to mobile phones.

Cardholders can tap into savings offered by providers across the nation, including physician, lab, imaging, dental, vision, hearing networks and more.
